I was throughly impressed with the level of service extended by Moe, MetroMattress Sales... Representative. He not only greeted us upon entry. But diligently took extra effort to answer our questions in helping us find a mattress to meet our needs. He went even further to notice my demeanor as prior military, extending a military discount to our purchase. In addition Moe, answered my wife's question with regards to the Wireless Queen Size adjustable base. This added feature would allows us the benefit to adjust both head and/or feet to enjoy watching movies in bed. No doubt I will recommend this store's location to fellow U.S Air Force personnel. We've spent time in other mattress store locations in the Greater Rochester Area without finding this level of service. Without question "Moe" exemplify the true meaning of the word "service" which today is almost unheard of.In addition MetroMattress just completed the delivery & setup of our adjustable frame and mattress in under 24 hours of the purchase. The two delivery men were exceptional in their professionalism & care while in our home. No doubt MetroMattress should be one's first choice in the Greater Rochester Area for your mattress needs.read more

We had the BEST experience buying our new mattress from Metro Mattress in Batavia. We had the... pleasure of meeting and working with our salesman, Ridge. What and OUTSTANDING employee!!! From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, Ridge made us feel very welcomed. We never felt like he was trying to push us into buying something we didn't want. He listened to everything we said about what what type of mattress we were looking for. He made suggestions and explained things in away we could understand. We found the mattress we wanted, but it was out of our price range. Ridge went out of his way to get the mattress we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. He even threw in a mattress cover for free!!
