I am very happy with the service I received from Ben at Metro Mattress in Saratoga today and very happy with the mattress set I bought. I explained to Ben that I needed a mattress for a guest bedroom that would be used mostly by my father. Ben helped me pick out a very nice, reasonably priced mattress set. I was afraid this would be a painful process, but Ben was very nice, answered my questions, didn’t try to push higher priced mattresses and was great to work with. I’m very happy I went there. Mattress set is to be delivered soon. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to Metro Mattress next time I need a new mattress.Update: google would not let me post a new review, but I went to Metro Mattress again today and bought a new mattress set for another room and received great service by Steve, who was very helpful. They don’t just try to sell you any mattress they take the time to explain the differences and ask you questions so they can genuinely help get you the best mattress that meets your individual needs and not the most expensive one. They listened to my husband and I which many do not and even had us try different mattresses that truly helped us come to the conclusion we needed a certain mattress and if it wasn’t for them we would have gotten a bed in a box and that was not what ended up being comfortable for us. We will be going back there for our guest room bed also!

We went at a good time because we got some really good deals and free stuff for their President's day sale. They were missing a bolt for the adjustable bed when they delivered it and we were able to find one in the house that matched. That day they called to say that they will replace the foundation this weekend. Great customer service and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.
