So disappointed in this company. Spent $8000.00 and after 6 weeks and constant phone calls to receive the mattress protectors we ordered, they finally came damaged and stained. Now it has been over 3 weeks and no resolution to the problem.

*Skip all the other stores and just go to Metro Mattress!!!*We had purchased a terrible mattress from Sam's Club about five months ago and are or were in dire need of a replacement. We thought we could hold out, but after waking up again and again in body pain, my husband and I agreed to purchase a new mattress.We searched and were doubtful that we were going to have success, and we were just going to pop in for a quick look around with all 4 of our kids who had yet napped. When entering the store, it didnt have a strange smell like other stores have in the area so i was already very pleased. Mark was assisting a couple, and he assured us he would be right with us and was very professional about it.We looked around at the selection and were excited at the possibilities as there were GREAT options—Tempurpedic, Beauty rest, Nectar, Sealy, Chattam & Wells, and many more.Mark finalized with the couple, and they were so excited and looked so happy about their purchase. Mark immediately asked what brought us in and understood what we needed. He informed us he would do a bed fitting even a pillow fitting as well. By this point my children were running wild in the store and Mark was absolutely phenomenal with them. He didn't mind that they screamed or ran around. As a parent, it is so hard to go anywhere and he really was patient with us and specifically the kids. He gave them lollipops and balloons and when the balloon would fly away, he didn't mind going to get it for them or conversing in toddler babble all while my husband and I tried mattresses. We tried a few mattress options and narrowed down to 3 and we went over some specifications and differences in them. He was super knowledgeable and we picked a perfect Chattam & Wells.The store was tidy and well put together. Of course by the end all children were screaming and being absolutely obnoxious moving pillows and holing the remotes to bases and Mark still didn't bat an eye at it.Coming to Metro Mattress was the best descion for us as a family.Overall, I want to thank Mark for truly being patient, kind, understanding and fun for my kids. He is so knowledgeable and we are so appreciative of you!

Great buying experience with Mark! He showed me right to the series of mattresses I was interested in, gave me a pillow with cover sheet, and left me to find my Goldilocks bed! Mark also was wrangling two other sets of customers in the store. I was very appreciative of that and went in for cheap but felt comfortable enough where I wasn't felt like I was just a sale but a person that I got something a bit more then my originally price range though am very happy I did and Mark was great to help me pick something that I wanted.
