I recently had to make a purchase, and quickly. I had in-laws coming in, and my old mattress just wasn't cutting it. I had been running around all day working, and I really needed a mattress that day. Brian, assured me that if I could make it into the store, he would get me all set up. I must tell you, from the minute I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. You wasted no time, and would have took all the time I need it if need be. He found me everything I needed in my price range, and help me load it up. I highly recommend this store in particular to anyone in the market. Ask for Brian!

If you need a mattress, I would recommend Brian, from Niskayuna. I didn't get this in writing, but I believe Brian would show up in my dreams to fight Freddy Kruger, if he knew that the nightmare occurred on a mattress he sold.

Brian made everything perfect. There was a slight issue getting my initial order to fit up the stairs of my 100 year old house and it had to be returned . My husband and myself went to Hudson NY to Metro Mattress. I have back, hip issues, and I need a very good mattress. We have bought three mattresses in ten years, and We were very unhappy with every one of them. Nobody ever explained what we were buying!Today we met Brian, who happened to be working the Hudson store today, Wednesday, 7/27/22, and to say the least, this guy knows his products! Very impressive. Brian explained every single mattress in complete detail. Good and bad about every mattress in the store! Not only was he a brain, he was so friendly, funny, and made mattress shopping fun and easy! I see a lot of people writing “Stephen” but I’m reading his card that he wrote his name down and it looks like Stephon. Either way it’s the same person who we are talking about and he has amazing customer service. We went in for a mattress for my son’s new bed and we were amazed at how quickly and efficient he was. He even cheered my son up with a balloon. He didn’t try to force us into buying the most expensive mattress and we got in the middle price range for his mattress.
