I could not be happier with the two sales gentleman at Metro Mattress Niskayuna. Brian and Deek went above and beyond to help me get a better mattress than I ever expected to be able to afford. I walked into the store thinking I would not be able to afford a decent mattress and I would be walking out empty handed and bummed out knowing I was going to have more nights sleeping on a foam pad on the the floor. I found a mattress that was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve had laid on however due to horrible credit, and going through a separation, I was not able to afford this mattress. Deek told me he was going to speed what he could do for me and started right away working on helping me out with Brian. They got right to work and made phone calls and crunched numbers and was able to get me not only qualified to get the mattress I wanted but I was also able to get a adjustable frame to go with it all at a affordable price as well as fully financed. Something I thought was going to be completely impossible. Deek Took his time with me, showing me all the mattresses, and explaining to me exactly what I need to know in order to find the most comfortable one. He was not pushy at all, and allowed me to go through the store without being bothered and trying all the mattresses, running over to answer any question I had had a moment notice. Deek and Brian made the experience actually fun and enjoyable. The entire time we played music, crack jokes, and had a blast, and at the end I walked away with more than what I could have hoped for. I guarantee anybody who goes to Niskayuna Metro Mattress and has the luck to be helped by these two gentlemen you will not be disappointed, and very likely, will be walking away with a great product and enjoyable and experience. Thank you Deek and thank you Brian.

Chris and Brian were extremely attentive to my 92 year old dad who suffers from spinal stenosis. They were patient and very responsive to his needs and concerns. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, but Chris and Brian made some recommendations, and my father left a happy man. Next day delivery can't be beat either and Brian offered to come to my father's assisted living environment to help my father get acclimated to his new adjustable bed. Both my father and I were impressed with these gentlemen, and very grateful for their attention!Update: It's been a week and my father experiences NO to VERY LITTLE back pain while sleeping. In his words, "the mattress is worth every penny!"

I had a very limited budget but they spent time with me, explaining how the construction of 3 mattresses differed. Brian showed me how different sleep positions affect the sleep experience and how their mattress designs promote a great night’s sleep. Both were very well informed and patient as I made my choice.
