I debated whether or not to go to a department store or a mattress store for our bed and decided on Metro Mattress because I liked the one year sleep on it guarantee. We went at a good time because we got some really good deals and free stuff for their President's day sale. They were missing a bolt for the adjustable bed when they delivered it and we were able to find one in the house that matched. That day they called to say that they will replace the foundation this weekend. Great customer service and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

We just moved into town and we were looking for a new mattress for the master bedroom. As soon as we walked in Jake was very friendly and helped us try out several mattresses based on needs for sleep, comfort, and feel. The prices are very very good for the high quality of mattress you will get. Delivery was in two days which was critical for us and the delivery came earlier than expected. We got two free pillows and a mug! Definitely, recommend this place and talk to Jake when finding your next mattress. We will shop again - great value, great quality, fantastic customer service!

Great customer service. Went in for a mattress for our son & came out with exactly that. We got a great mattress for a great price. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. This is the third mattress we've purchased from here. Our son loves his new memory foam mattress. We will definitely be going back. Love the cooling pillows they have there. That will be my next purchase :)

I absolutely recommend going to this location (Oneonta). The staff is not only very courteous and professional but they help you find the exact mattress and pillow that will fit your lifestyle. I was laughing so much during my time in the store I completely forgot that I was there purchasing one of their products. Their Financial Manager help me find the best deal with the financing on our new mattress with the boxspring a cover metal frame to go under the bed I cannot believe the savings he got me I was so grateful I couldn't thank of enough. The delivery was fast and the gentleman set up my bed in no time. I will be returning customer for the next but I am going to purchase along with my family!

Stopped in on the way to another mattress store and was 'sold' by the expert advice and attention to our needs by the salesman Jeff. The bed and mattress are great, we weren't 'up-sold' to something more expensive and did not feel pressured to 'buy today or pay more'. Actually, we left without buying but came back to buy a few days later. Delivered the next day too!

My wife and I had a great experience. We just wanted to stop in and see what they had but didn't think we were going to buy that night. The guy that helped us was very helpful. He stayed with us the whole time as we went from bed to bed till we found the right one. We ended up finding the. Perfect bed and we ended up purchasing the bed that night! It was a great investment!!

Great customer service! Met with Jim & made a deal, cash and carry! There awesome! A+ seller will def buy again! They make sure you can afford the bed before buying and they work with your options and pricing. Wouldn't want to go to any other mattress place but them!!!!!

My husband and I went into our local Metro Mattress Store in Auburn NY to "just shop".....Our salesman, Christopher, was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and concerns, especially since my husband has had many back, hip, knee surgeries. We selected a mattress with adjustable base on the spot and it was delivered and set up on the next afternoon. We are enjoying getting our sleep on!
