I debated whether or not to go to a department store or a mattress store for our bed and decided on Metro Mattress because I liked the one year sleep on it guarantee. We went at a good time because we got some really good deals and free stuff for their President's day sale. They were missing a bolt for the adjustable bed when they delivered it and we were able to find one in the house that matched. That day they called to say that they will replace the foundation this weekend. Great customer service and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

My wife and I had a great experience. We just wanted to stop in and see what they had but didn't think we were going to buy that night. The guy that helped us was very helpful. He stayed with us the whole time as we went from bed to bed till we found the right one. We ended up finding the. Perfect bed and we ended up purchasing the bed that night! It was a great investment!!

Great customer service. Went in for a mattress for our son & came out with exactly that. We got a great mattress for a great price. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. This is the third mattress we've purchased from here. Our son loves his new memory foam mattress. We will definitely be going back. Love the cooling pillows they have there. That will be my next purchase :)

Stopped in on the way to another mattress store and was 'sold' by the expert advice and attention to our needs by the salesman Jeff. The bed and mattress are great, we weren't 'up-sold' to something more expensive and did not feel pressured to 'buy today or pay more'. Actually, we left without buying but came back to buy a few days later. Delivered the next day too!

Great customer service! Met with Jim & made a deal, cash and carry! There awesome! A+ seller will def buy again! They make sure you can afford the bed before buying and they work with your options and pricing. Wouldn't want to go to any other mattress place but them!!!!!

My husband and I went into our local Metro Mattress Store in Auburn NY to "just shop".....Our salesman, Christopher, was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and concerns, especially since my husband has had many back, hip, knee surgeries. We selected a mattress with adjustable base on the spot and it was delivered and set up on the next afternoon. We are enjoying getting our sleep on!

We had a very good experience at Metro Mattress. John, with 36 years of experience, did a super job of helping us find the right mattress for us. I've been experiencing neck pain for the past several months which has completely disappeared after sleeping on our new mattress. I couldn't believe how much better I felt after the first night.
