I came into the store not really knowing what I wanted, other than the ability to sleep again. Xoum was so helpful. We had an excellent experience shopping at this location. Since she’s relatively new and with Paul’s assistance, they entered my mattress order and we’ll have it within a day! The day of delivery I received a call 30 minutes in advance. The delivery guys showed up on time and swapped out our platform and mattress within 10 minutes. I typically don’t like shopping with a salesperson because I don’t want to feel pressured, but from the moment we walked into this particular Metro Mattress, Xoum our salesperson made us feel comfortable and relaxed .
