I went to metro mattress and was greeted by Zoom....she was beyond AMAZING
She... explained her process to get me into the right mattress she was super friendly. She asked me a few questions I literally laid on 3 mattresses and bought the second one I laid on it was so PERFECT (would of bought the first one i laid on but a bit out of my budget). Zoom was beyond knowledgeable she answered questions she understood my budget and wasn't pushy at all. By the time i came back from the bathroom she did all the paper work set up delivery all I had to do was sign. PLEASE check out metro mattress and be sure to ask for Zoom one of the BEST sales associates I've seen in a very long time. IF I COULD GIVE HER 1000 STARS I WOULD AS SHE DESERVES EVERY PRAISE GIVEN. THANK YOU METRO MATTRESS MOST IMPORTANTLY THANK YOU ZOOM YOUR ARE TRULY A BEAUTIFUL PERSON AND AN ASSET TO METRO MATTRESS....I will be referring anyone I can to you.

Employee Dale, st the Norwich store, seemed to be knowledgeable about products that he suggested we... try based on our input of needs. When we stated that just the mattress was what we would be purchasing, he showed us mattress covers but did not press us for purchase. We already had a waterproof cover & a “cool” mattress cover that we use over the waterproof cover.read more

We had stopped in Metro Mattress in Yorkville store to price mattresses and Jonny was our salesman... and he was very knowledgeable and listened to what our needs where and had us try a few different beds that he felt would suite or needs and he was very knowledgeable on each one and was able to ask our questions and was very up front with us on everything.
