Amy and Courtney from the Clifton Park location were incredibly knowledgeable and helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress for our needs. They took the time to explain the different options and made sure we was comfortable with our choice! My husband and I are so happy we made the decision to go the Clifton Park location after the awful service we received at the the Wilton location. The staff was beyond rude and brushed us aside. The man (don’t know his name so sorry) who helped me today pick out a mattress that would be... perfect for me, especially with the rods I have in my spine from my neck to my tailbone. He did everything right pointed me in the correct direction took me only five minutes to find the perfect bed with his help. The free delivery was an amazing thing to hear and also taking old mattresses for $23 is also very awesome. I’m so excited to receive my bed on Tuesday and especially how quick the delivery will be I left the store around six and it’s Sunday ha ha I was left speechless haha it was remarkable to hear how fast you were going to be able to deliver it by and also especially with free delivery. I just wanted to add that part again because of how amazing that was to hear. It was so easy fast. The man that helped was so helpful and generous, very polite and efficient and made everything easy and fast answered every question if I could. I wish I could Rate my Experience 10 stars, but it only goes up to five ha ha it was a very pleasant And wonderful experience. Thank you for helping me, find the perfect bed that will be suitable for me and my medical comedies along with the obvious comfort. Especially when this is the first mattress I ever purchased on my own that was high quality for my medical issues and such. Thank you once again!!!read more

It so rare to find quality customer service these days. It was a pleasure doing business with a professional such as Tim.
