Ron was so lovely to work with! Super knowledgeable and helpful, but never pushy. He helped me find... a great mattress within my budget and got it sent to my house within 48 hours, even though I came in fairly late in the day. I'd looked elsewhere (namely, Raymour and Flanigan) and felt like the salespeople were mostly trying to upsell a lot of needless add-ons that would've forced me to either go above what I was comfortable paying or get a much worse mattress to offset the cost. Ron explained what options were available to me, but he understood what I needed/wanted and was extremely accommodating and friendly, throughout. Really excellent experience!read more
