50 Beds In 50 Days

For more than 35 years, communities across Upstate New York have helped make Metro Mattress the Sleep Superstore it is today. Now, with our 50 Beds in 50 Days program, we’re proud to give something back.

During the first 2 years of the program, Metro Mattress donated more than 400 beds to help provide people in need with a comfortable night's sleep.

In 2012, the 50 Beds in 50 Days program continues in Syracuse/Southern Tier, Buffalo, Rochester and Albany/Mohawk Valley. 50 beds will be given away in each area, for a total of 200 beds across the state.

To be eligible, 501(c)(3) organizations must submit an application within their area’s application period. Metro Mattress will determine recipient(s) based upon applications submitted, an overview of your organization's work and mission, the number of beds requested and how those beds will be used. We may give all 50 beds to one organization in each community or divide the 50 beds among several organizations.
